Gregynog Hall was my last destination, tomorrow it'll be the Hague. Home to the Criminal Courts, etc, etc. World Model United Nations conference is the why, and Eurostar the how. Me and John are gonna have a grand time being in specpol, suggesting rubbish things because we're Armenia, and we don't really have a policy on xenophobic motivated violence or internationally displaced persons anyway.
Things I look forward to the following week:
Wearing a suit every day.
Wearing a different shirt every day.
Wearing a different tie every day.
Manipulating others.
Eating good food.
Having coffee.
Today is a rather stressful day, as was yesterday. I have to pack my last odds and ends, get to my seminars, shop for a new bag as my laptop bag really don't go well with a suit, and attend the Interstate editorial meeting in, oh, an hour or so. Once we're actually on the train to London I'll be jumping with joy. It means I can relax a bit.
Consider this day one of my travel journals.
More to come...
